Requirements disclosure. Some products (notably Septim Agents Pack and Septim Prompts Pack) require an active Claude Code installation or an Anthropic account to run. We do not supply or resell Anthropic inference; you run these products on your own subscription. If you don't have Claude Code or a Claude plan, these products have no functional value on their own. Not a warranty — just so you know before you buy.
Bundle contents. The Septim Founder Bundle contains Product Kit + Agents Pack. The Septim Ultimate Bundle contains Product Kit + Agents Pack + Ship Pack. The Septim Founder Deluxe contains Product Kit + Agents Pack + Ship Pack + Landing Kit + Prompts Pack. All bundle components are the exact same artifacts sold individually; the bundle is a pricing bundle, not a separate product.
Every product is sold on a one-time, lifetime-license basis. You pay once, you own the license forever. No subscription, no recurring charges, no expiration.
What "lifetime license" means:
We deliver access within 24 hours of purchase, usually within 1–2 hours during US business hours. Fulfillment is typically a private GitHub repository invitation sent to the GitHub username you provide on the confirmation page at /kit-purchased, /agents-purchased, etc.
Septim Forge Pro is an exception — it's unlocked instantly upon successful payment, via a browser-side license tied to your Stripe Checkout session ID.
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email SeptimLabs@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. Upon refund, your repository access is revoked and your license terminates.
Full refund policy: /refund.
All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to make them work, but we don't guarantee they'll solve your specific problem. We're not liable for any damages arising from use, inability to use, or loss of data from our products.
In the rare event of a legal dispute, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the product in question.
External integrations disclaimer. Several Septim products integrate with third-party services (Stripe, GitHub, Claude/Anthropic, Resend, Supabase, browser APIs, and others). We do not control, warrant, or indemnify you against outages, breaking changes, policy shifts, or data-handling decisions by any third party. If a third-party service changes behavior in a way that reduces the value of a Septim product, we will ship an update when feasible, but that update is not contractually required.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we handle it.
Don't use anything we sell to:
We reserve the right to terminate licenses (with refund) for obvious abuse.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to existing customers. The "Effective" date at the top shows when this version took effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Septim Labs is formally registered (currently pre-entity; a formal entity will be named here once formed). Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration where permitted; you waive class-action rights.
Nothing in this page or anything we sell is legal, financial, medical, accounting, or other professional advice. Our Prompts Pack contains prompts that may use professional-role framing (e.g. "act as an attorney," "act as a CPA") — those prompts are drafting aids for a language model, not substitutes for a licensed professional. Before making any legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decision, consult an appropriately licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Outputs you generate with any Septim product are yours. The prompts, agent files, template code, and scaffolds we deliver remain licensed to you under these Terms; they are not assigned to you. In plain English: you own what you build with the tools; we continue to own the tools.
Client-side only. Septim Vault encrypts and stores secrets entirely in your browser. We never receive, transmit, or store your secrets on our servers. Your master password is never sent to Septim Labs.
We cannot recover your data. Because Septim Vault is client-side, there is no "forgot password" flow we can offer. If you forget your master password, lose your browser's local storage (e.g., clearing site data, switching devices, private browsing), or lose your backup file, your secrets are permanently unrecoverable. We have no access to recover them.
Backups are your responsibility. Septim Vault provides an export function that produces an encrypted backup file. You are responsible for keeping that file and your master password safe. We cannot help you recover either.
Refund exception. Refunds for Septim Vault are governed by the standard 14-day refund window, but we cannot restore a lost vault. Lost-password / lost-data scenarios are not refundable outside the 14-day window because the data is genuinely beyond our reach.
Not a password manager for consumer use. Septim Vault is positioned for developer API keys, tokens, and secrets, not for everyday consumer passwords. We do not recommend using it as a primary password manager for banking, email, or personal account credentials — established password managers with recovery flows are better suited for that use case.
Septim Flint (GitHub Actions pack) and Septim Tether (git pre-commit hooks) are self-hosted tools that run entirely within your own infrastructure. The following terms apply specifically to these products.
Your Anthropic API key; your account. Flint and Tether send your code diffs to the Anthropic API using an API key you supply. You are solely responsible for that key, the account it belongs to, all usage charges Anthropic bills to it, and compliance with Anthropic's usage policies. Septim Labs does not receive, store, or relay your API key. We have no visibility into any request your CI or local environment makes to the Anthropic API.
No visibility into your CI or local environment. Once you copy the workflow files or hook scripts into your repository, they run on your GitHub-hosted runners, your self-hosted runners, or your local machine. Septim Labs receives no telemetry, no logs, no code snippets, and no outputs from these executions. We cannot audit, monitor, or influence what happens inside your pipeline.
Workflow and hook outputs are informational only. The findings, comments, block decisions, and suggestions produced by Flint and Tether are generated by a large language model and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your codebase. False positives (flagging correct code) and false negatives (missing real issues) are expected. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them. Do not treat any Flint PR comment or Tether hook result as a definitive security, correctness, or compliance determination.
You own your CI governance. Decisions about whether to block merges, require passes, or integrate Flint or Tether findings into release gates are yours alone. Septim Labs is not liable for any deployment, data loss, outage, security incident, or other harm that arises from acting on, or failing to act on, outputs produced by these products.
Regulated-industry use. If you deploy Flint or Tether in a repository subject to regulatory oversight (including but not limited to HIPAA-covered systems, SOC 2-scoped environments, PCI DSS cardholder data environments, or SEC-regulated code repositories), you are responsible for ensuring that use of these tools complies with your applicable obligations. Septim Labs makes no representations about suitability for regulated environments and holds no relevant certifications.
No server-side liability. Because these products are entirely self-hosted, our liability cap in Section 6 applies: our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This cap applies regardless of the nature of the claim.
This Section 14 governs the relationship between Septim Labs and any person approved to participate in the Septim Labs Affiliate Program ("Affiliate"). It supplements, and where in conflict controls over, the public description of the program at /affiliate.
Independent contractor status. The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or representative of Septim Labs. The Affiliate has no authority to bind Septim Labs, to speak on its behalf, or to negotiate contracts on its behalf. Septim Labs does not provide the Affiliate with an email address on our domain, benefits, or any other form of employment.
Commission structure. Commission rates follow the step-down schedule published at /affiliate at the time of sale (currently: 40% on the Affiliate’s first 5 cleared sales, 30% on sales 6–20, 25% on sales 21+, with a 40% re-unlock on any 30-day window in which the Affiliate generates 20+ cleared sales). Commission is calculated on the post-discount invoice total actually paid by the buyer, not on list price.
Attribution window. 90-day last-click attribution via UTM parameter on the Affiliate’s link and Stripe session metadata. In the event two affiliates claim the same sale, the last click before checkout wins.
Clearance and clawback. Commissions become payable only after the 30-day refund window closes on the underlying sale. Commissions on sales that are refunded (partially or in full), charged back, or later determined to be fraudulent are not owed, and any commission already paid on such a sale may be clawed back from future payouts or invoiced back to the Affiliate.
FTC disclosure obligation. The Affiliate is required, as a condition of participation in the program, to include a clear and conspicuous material-connection disclosure in every piece of content that contains or links to an affiliate link, placed before the first link and in plain language (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, "affiliate link," or equivalent). This obligation tracks the requirements of the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. Septim Labs disclaims responsibility for any Affiliate’s failure to comply; undisclosed or misleading endorsement is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Prohibited conduct. The following are grounds for immediate program termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: self-referrals, incentivized click farms, unsolicited bulk email ("email spam"), paid advertising that bids on Septim Labs brand terms or product names, fake or materially misleading reviews, misrepresentation of product features, and use of sensitive, hateful, or illegal content as a promotion vehicle.
Termination. Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time for any reason on seven (7) days’ written notice. Septim Labs may terminate immediately for prohibited conduct listed above. Commissions accrued on cleared, non-refunded sales made before termination remain payable.
Program modification. Septim Labs may modify the published commission structure, attribution window, minimum-payout threshold, or eligibility criteria by updating /affiliate. Changes apply prospectively only; commissions earned under a prior schedule are paid under that schedule.
Tax. The Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting commission income to relevant tax authorities, for any income, sales, or value-added tax applicable to the commission payment, and for providing Septim Labs any documentation (such as a W-9 for US-tax-subject Affiliates) required for payment. Septim Labs may withhold payment pending receipt of required tax documentation.
Team (seat-based) licenses for Septim products are governed by the standard terms in this document, with the following adjustments: (a) each purchased seat corresponds to one natural person identified by a GitHub username provided at fulfillment; (b) seats are not transferable to different individuals once fulfilled, except that if a seat holder leaves the purchasing organization, their license remains with them and the purchasing organization retains the remaining seats; (c) the Section 4 refund window applies per-seat within the 30-day window; (d) team licenses do not convert to subscriptions and no new seats are automatically added when the purchasing organization grows.
We stand behind a 30-day money-back guarantee, but we reserve the right to block future purchases from any buyer who has received three (3) or more refunds across any combination of Septim products. Refund abuse — including purchasing a product, obtaining access, and requesting a refund while retaining the delivered artifact — is a material breach of these Terms. On any refund, your GitHub repository invitation is revoked immediately and your license terminates; continued use of the delivered materials after revocation exposes you to infringement liability. If we later discover you retained access following a refund, we reserve the right to permanently block your account from future purchases and to seek recovery of damages.
Digital bundles are sold as indivisible units. You may not refund individual components of a bundle while retaining others. A refund on any bundle is a refund of the entire bundle; partial refunds on bundle line items are not available. If you want only one component of a bundle, purchase that component individually before buying the bundle — once a bundle is purchased, the all-or-nothing rule applies.
