Pre-session (async, 10 min)
You email a short intake: what you’re building, your current CLAUDE.md (paste), a Loom of you running Claude Code on one task so we see where you are.
First 10 min — diagnosis
Screenshare. You run Claude Code on your real project. We watch. We note what’s leaking time and tokens. No prescriptions yet.
Minutes 10–35 — CLAUDE.md rebuild
We write a new CLAUDE.md with you, matching the Septim 10-rule template (prime directive, stack rules, guardrails, do-not, file hygiene, review rules, test policy, deploy policy, commit style, session hygiene). Yours, not ours.
Minutes 35–65 — sub-agent curation
We design 3–5 sub-agents specific to your work (PM, CTO, design, legal — depending on what you ship). Drop them into ~/.claude/agents/. Test-fire each live.
Minutes 65–85 — skills + hooks
Decide which Claude Code skills (custom slash commands) you’ll actually use, write 2–3 of them together. Wire one PreToolUse or PostToolUse hook if it fits your workflow (e.g., cost alert, auto-commit, test-on-save).
Last 5 min — handoff
You have a working kit: new CLAUDE.md, named sub-agents, 2–3 skills, maybe one hook. Plus a 1-page follow-up with the 3 moves to make in the next week.

Who runs the session?
The Septim founder, live. Not a contractor. Not a sales engineer. The same person who wrote the sub-agents in ~/.claude/agents/ you’ll inherit.
What if I don’t know what to bring?
Bring one real project and your current Claude Code setup (even if it’s empty). We build the rest together. If you’re starting from zero, that’s actually the easier starting point.

What if we don’t finish the agenda in 90 minutes?
We pick the 3 highest-impact items and finish those. The 1-page follow-up covers the rest. We don’t run over into an unpaid second hour.
How do I pay?
Stripe invoice sent within 2 hours of booking (9am–midnight ET). Session confirmed when invoice is paid. Flat $149, no hourly, no surprise add-ons.
Refund policy?
Full refund if we cancel. Full refund if within 60 min of the session you feel the session wasn’t useful — ask and it’s yours. Standard 30-day Septim window still applies.
Can I expense this?
Yes. Invoice is to your business, categorizes cleanly under “developer tooling” or “training.”
